Service Description. This Site describes Brake Repair, Engine Diagnostics, Tire Repairs, Tune Up, Auto Repair Shop, Mechanic Shop, Brake Shop, Auto Services provided by Hodsdon's automotive. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hodsdon's automotive or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Hodsdon's automotive may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://hodsdonsautomotive.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Hodsdon's automotive makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Damages. Hodsdon's automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hodsdon's automotive from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
